The pack
What you take to council
The pack is a dated file about whether people with disabilities can use your public pages, forms, and public PDFs. Attach the first two pages to a council packet. Forward the tickets to the website vendor unedited. That is the record, and that is the work list.
What changed
What is new, fixed, or worse than last month. First month is a baseline.
Tickets
Clerk English, with what to click when we know the website system. Forward them unedited. Work the list with the vendor.
A method note sits at the back: automated checks miss things a person would find. The tickets are still what you hand the website vendor this month. One public example: the City of Monticello, Minnesota site. That sample is not their city file and not a gallery of buyers.
